Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the preheated surface for each pancake.
- Cook the pancakes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Remove the pancakes and sprinkle them with the cinnamon sugar mixture immediately.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
