- 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
- 4 cups apple pie filling
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Caramel sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Separate the cinnamon rolls and set the icing aside. Flatten each roll and line half along the bottom of the baking dish.
- Bake the bottom layer for about 10 minutes until puffed but not fully cooked.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- In another bowl, mix apple pie filling with cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Layer half the apple mixture over the baked cinnamon rolls, then half of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
Serve warm with caramel drizzled on top. Customize with different pie fillings or nuts if desired.
