Description

A delightful blend of cinnamon rolls and apple pie filling, creating a warm and gooey dessert perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
  • 4 cups apple pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Caramel sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Separate the cinnamon rolls and set the icing aside. Flatten each roll and line half along the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Bake the bottom layer for about 10 minutes until puffed but not fully cooked.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  5. In another bowl, mix apple pie filling with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  6. Layer half the apple mixture over the baked cinnamon rolls, then half of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Serve warm with caramel drizzled on top. Customize with different pie fillings or nuts if desired.
