Ingredients

Scale
  • Leftover cinnamon rolls
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  2. Cut the cinnamon rolls into chunks and place them in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon; pour over cinnamon roll chunks.
  4. Let it sit for 20 minutes to soak.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
  6. For the glaze, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  7. Drizzle the glaze over the warm bread pudding before serving.

Notes

Using day-old cinnamon rolls enhances flavor absorption. Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of your rolls. Optional add-ins include nuts or chocolate chips.
