A delightful twist on cinnamon rolls and cheesecake with fresh strawberries.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar (for cheesecake filling)
- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. In a saucepan, heat the milk and unsalted butter until warm. Pour this into the bowl with dry ingredients, add the egg and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Allow it to rise in a warm area for about 1 hour.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread cream cheese over it, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and scatter chopped strawberries.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log shape and slice into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, you can use more cream cheese filling and incorporate spices like nutmeg or cardamom.
