- 1 package of phyllo dough

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy, then fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Prepare phyllo dough by brushing layers with melted butter and sprinkling with granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Layer and cut the phyllo into squares for uniform baking.
- Add a spoonful of the ricotta mixture to each square and pinch corners to seal.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
For a variation, consider using flavored ricotta or adding spices. Ensure the phyllo is brushed with butter for crispiness.
