Description

These classic cookies combine creamy peanut butter with a sweet Hershey’s Kiss on top for a nostalgic treat that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar (lightly packed)
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar (additional for coating)
  • 11 oz Bag of Hershey Kisses

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Cream together the peanut butter, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar using a hand or stand mixer.
  3. Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture until completely blended.
  5. Chill the dough for a minimum of 1 hour.
  6. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls, roll in granulated sugar, and place on baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 7-8 minutes, then press a Hershey’s Kiss into each cookie.
  9. Return to the oven for an additional 2 minutes.
  10. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

Notes

For added freshness, store cookies with a slice of bread in an airtight container.
