- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach, etc.)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, feta, or your preference)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: cooked meat (bacon, sausage, or ham)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add your chopped vegetables and cook until softened, about 5 to 7 minutes. If adding meat, toss that in as well.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables and meat in the skillet.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
