Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, black beans, and corn until evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-25 minutes, or until hot and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping!
