Description

A hearty blend of spaghetti with crispy bacon, seasoned ground beef, and tangy BBQ sauce for a unique family dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Spaghetti
  • 4 slices Smoky bacon
  • 1 lb Seasoned ground beef
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
  2. In a large pot, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove bacon and leave some grease in the pot.
  3. Add onion and garlic to the pot; sauté until onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart while cooking until browned, about 5-6 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  5. Stir in BBQ sauce and tomato sauce, letting it simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Add the drained spaghetti into the pot, ensuring it’s well coated with the sauce. Heat for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, topped with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.

Notes

Use quality bacon for better flavor. Cook spaghetti al dente and adjust seasoning based on BBQ sauce sweetness.
