Description

A hearty and flavorful dish combining smoky bacon and barbecue sauce with comforting spaghetti, perfect for casual dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving drippings in the pot.
  3. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic; cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce and BBQ sauce, and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti and mix until well coated.
  6. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  7. Top with crispy bacon and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Use quality bacon for better flavor. Feel free to add vegetables for added nutrition.
