- 8 oz spaghetti
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving drippings in the pot.
- Add ground beef, onion, and garlic; cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in tomato sauce and BBQ sauce, and bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked spaghetti and mix until well coated.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Top with crispy bacon and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
Use quality bacon for better flavor. Feel free to add vegetables for added nutrition.
