- 1 large boule
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
- 8 oz wheel of brie cheese, cut into strips
- 15 oz can whole-berry cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a serrated knife, make crosshatch cuts in the top of the boule without cutting all the way through the bottom.
- In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, fresh thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Generously brush the butter mixture inside each crosshatch on the boule.
- Stuff each opening with strips of brie cheese and spoonfuls of cranberry sauce.
- Wrap the boule in foil and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until everything inside is gooey and warm.
- Let the bread cool for 5 minutes before unwrapping and serving it warm.
Notes
Use room temperature cheese for better melting. Serve warm for the best flavor experience.
