Description

A delightful combination of savory and sweet flavors with warm, fluffy bread, creamy brie, and tart cranberry sauce—perfect for gatherings or cozy nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large boule
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 oz wheel of brie cheese, cut into strips
  • 15 oz can whole-berry cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using a serrated knife, make crosshatch cuts in the top of the boule without cutting all the way through the bottom.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, fresh thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Generously brush the butter mixture inside each crosshatch on the boule.
  5. Stuff each opening with strips of brie cheese and spoonfuls of cranberry sauce.
  6. Wrap the boule in foil and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes until everything inside is gooey and warm.
  8. Let the bread cool for 5 minutes before unwrapping and serving it warm.

Notes

Use room temperature cheese for better melting. Serve warm for the best flavor experience.
