Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Sparkling sugar (for decoration)
  • Extra cranberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the softened butter, egg, and milk until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped cranberries and the orange zest.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
