- 12 mini bell peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp chives or green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the mini bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with chopped chives or green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each mini pepper with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly golden on top.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For variety, try adding diced jalapeños for heat or mixing in shredded cheese.
