Description

Delicious bite-sized mini peppers stuffed with a creamy cheese filling, perfect as an appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 12 mini bell peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp chives or green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the mini bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with chopped chives or green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Stuff each mini pepper with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly golden on top.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For variety, try adding diced jalapeños for heat or mixing in shredded cheese.
