Description

A comforting dish of creamy bowtie pasta combined with ground beef and a rich, cheesy sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and add the Velveeta cheese and milk to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cheese sauce.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the cheese sauce and mix well to combine.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

For an even creamier sauce, consider adding a dollop of sour cream before serving. Feel free to customize with additional veggies or spices.
