- 1 pound crab meat (fresh or canned)
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in seafood stock and bring to a simmer. Add corn, paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, then add shrimp and crab meat. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, around 5-7 minutes.
