- 16 oz fresh or frozen gnocchi
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup crispy bacon bits
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add the seasoned chicken and cook until golden brown for about 5-7 minutes.
- Lower the heat and mix in the cream cheese and chicken broth, stirring until smooth.
- Add the gnocchi and spinach, cover the skillet, and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the gnocchi are tender.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and sprinkle with crispy bacon bits before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, consider using Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese. Feel free to add more garlic or fresh herbs for extra flavor.
