Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the lobster tails by cutting them down the middle.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then bring to a simmer.
  5. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the lobster tails in a baking dish.
