Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until it is fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well to combine.
  4. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then add the Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then add it to the sauce. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss it to coat in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Use freshly minced garlic for the best flavor. You can customize with different herbs or veggies.
