- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until it is fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then add the Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then add it to the sauce. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss it to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Use freshly minced garlic for the best flavor. You can customize with different herbs or veggies.
