Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Pour in the vegetable or chicken broth and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  3. Stir in the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions, usually around 2-3 minutes, until they float to the top.
  4. Reduce the heat and add the heavy cream and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
