Instructions
- Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.

- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked baby potatoes, tossing them in the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper.
