- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and broccoli florets.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- If using, add breadcrumbs on top for additional crunch.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
