Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are browned and tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
