- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add to the pot and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pasta is cooked, reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For optimal flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese and consider adding other fresh herbs.
