Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add to the pot and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once the pasta is cooked, reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
