Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.

- Stir in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add Ditalini pasta and cook until al dente.
- Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Add spinach, salt, and pepper; cook just until the spinach wilts.
