- 4 oz pancetta, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced pancetta and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the sweet peas and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
