- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced pancetta and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the sweet peas and heat through.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
