- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Optional: chopped cilantro and lime for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the red curry paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the coconut milk and vegetable broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, and salt to create a dough for dumplings. Form small balls from the dough and drop them into the soup.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the dumplings are cooked through.
- Add the fresh greens and cook for another 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Serve hot, garnished with cilantro and lime if desired.
