- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cubed beef and brown on all sides.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the diced potatoes, beef broth, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
