Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb tender sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz cheese tortellini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Meanwhile, cook the tortellini according to package instructions and drain.
- Add the cooked tortellini and seared steak back to the skillet, tossing to combine and coat in the sauce.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer for optimal steak doneness and avoid overcrowding the skillet while searing.
