- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and pork over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic; cook until softened.
- In a bowl, combine the sour cream, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix well.
- In a large baking dish, combine the cooked noodles, meat mixture, and cream mixture. Stir to combine.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
