Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chopped tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they soften and release their juices.
- Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and black pepper. Let simmer for another 5 minutes.
