Description

Creamy Tuscan Shrimp is a delightful dish that balances delicious flavors with a comforting creamy texture, loaded with fresh ingredients like spinach and cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they begin to soften.
  5. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese and mix until melted.
  8. Return the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat in the sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Adjust the sauce consistency by simmering longer if necessary.
