- 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko preferred)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 egg, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip each shrimp in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, spraying lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crunch, use Panko breadcrumbs. Ensure shrimp are patted dry before breading.
