Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, panko bread crumbs, and garlic powder; mix well.
- Lightly brush each chicken breast with olive oil.
- Dredge the oiled chicken breasts in the panko-ranch mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Arrange the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
