- 1 lb shrimp, deveined and peeled
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning until well-coated.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove shrimp from the pan when done.
- In the same pan, lower heat and add heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring to combine.
- Simmer for a few minutes until thickened, then stir in parsley and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve shrimp drizzled with creamy sauce and enjoy!
