1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 brioche or ciabatta buns
Optional: bacon, avocado, tomato
Instructions
1. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
2. Marinate chicken in buttermilk with spices for 30 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl, mix flour with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Notes
For a healthier version, air-fry the chicken at 400°F for 18 minutes.
Try using sourdough or a baguette for a rustic crunch.
Add a fried egg for a breakfast-style variation.
Pairs well with lemonade, iced tea, or a citrusy white wine.
