- 1 cup Flour (for coating)
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 Large tortilla wraps
- Olive oil (for frying)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Set up a breading station with plates for flour, beaten eggs, and a breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, coat in flour, dip in eggs, then cover with breadcrumbs.
- Fry chicken in hot oil for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (165ยฐF internal temperature).
- Transfer chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
- Prepare Caesar dressing if making from scratch.
- Assemble wraps: layer chopped romaine, sliced chicken, extra Parmesan, and drizzle with dressing on a tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Serve with extra dressing on the side.
Notes
