- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into uniform fries.
- Soak the potato fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Drain and thoroughly dry the sweet potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix the sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

For extra crunch, make sure to evenly coat the sweet potatoes with olive oil and flip them halfway during baking.
