- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can (10.5 oz) French onion soup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place in the crock pot.
- In a separate bowl, mix the French onion soup and soy sauce together. Pour over the meatballs in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese on top and cover until melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider marinating the ground beef in Worcestershire sauce for 30 minutes before mixing. Customize by adding fresh herbs or different cheeses.
