- 2 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/4 cup Barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup Light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- Salt To taste
- Black pepper To taste
Instructions
- Spray the inside of a large crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder, placing them at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Mix barbecue sauce, Italian dressing, light brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce until combined in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
- Cook on high for 150-180 minutes or on low for 300-360 minutes.
- Shred the chicken in the crockpot and serve it as desired.
Notes
For optimal tenderness, use the low setting for a longer cook time. Experiment with spices in your sauce for added kick.
