Description

A comforting and hearty meal featuring smoky kielbasa, fresh green beans, and baby potatoes, all cooked to perfection in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound kielbasa
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Layer halved baby potatoes on top of the onions.
  3. Slice kielbasa and layer it over the potatoes.
  4. Add trimmed green beans on top.
  5. Pour chicken broth over everything.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until veggies are tender.

Notes

For a richer flavor, sauté the kielbasa before adding it to the crockpot. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the fridge or 2-3 months in the freezer.
