Description
A comforting and hearty meal featuring smoky kielbasa, fresh green beans, and baby potatoes, all cooked to perfection in a slow cooker.

- 1 pound kielbasa
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the bottom of your crockpot.
- Layer halved baby potatoes on top of the onions.
- Slice kielbasa and layer it over the potatoes.
- Add trimmed green beans on top.
- Pour chicken broth over everything.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until veggies are tender.
Notes
For a richer flavor, sauté the kielbasa before adding it to the crockpot. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the fridge or 2-3 months in the freezer.
