Refreshing bite-sized treats combining crisp cucumbers with creamy cream cheese, perfect for gatherings or snacks.

- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 pkg Ranch dressing mix
- 2 Cucumbers, sliced
- 1–2 loaves Mini baguettes, sliced
- 2 Tbsp Dill weed seasoning
Instructions
- Slice baguette loaf into 1/2″ slices.
- Wash, peel, and slice cucumbers to desired thickness.
- Beat softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add in mayonnaise and dry ranch seasoning, and continue mixing until well combined.
- Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on each slice of baguette, top with sliced cucumbers, and sprinkle dill weed seasoning on top.
- Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Notes
Best if eaten the same day for optimal freshness. Chill before serving for enhanced flavors.
