- 3/4 cup brown sugar

- 1 1/2 cups finely grated carrots
- 8 oz cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs, both sugars, vegetable oil, and a hint of vanilla extract until smooth.
- Slowly combine the dry ingredients with the wet, mixing until just combined, then fold in the grated carrots.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes; a toothpick should come out clean.
- Allow the bars to cool completely before topping with cream cheese frosting.
Notes
