- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 3 tablespoons sweet relish

Instructions
- Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat; let sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool and Peel: Transfer eggs to an ice bath for quick cooling. Peel under running water for easier removal.
- Create the Filling: Halve the peeled eggs lengthwise and scoop out yolks into a bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and relish until smooth.
- Fill Egg Whites: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg whites until heaped.
- Garnish: Sprinkle paprika on top; add fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve: Arrange on a platter and enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Use fresh eggs for easier peeling. For added flavor, try using different mustards or adding a dash of hot sauce.
