- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Pickle Brine
- 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard

- 8 slices Bacon
- 8 ounces Short Pasta
- 1 cup Pickles
- 1 cup Mini Cucumbers
- 1 cup Mild Cheese
- 1/2 cup Red Onions
- 1/4 cup Fresh Dill

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot. Add short pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Prepare the Dressing: In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle brine, yellow mustard, kosher salt, and sugar. Stir until smooth.
- Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and chop into small pieces.
- Mix the Salad: In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, chopped bacon, pickles, mini cucumbers, mild cheese, red onions, and fresh dill. Pour dressing over the salad and fold gently.
