- 4 Ripe avocados
- 3 tablespoons Fresh salsa
- 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice (about half of a lime)
- 1–2 Garlic cloves (finely minced or pressed)
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt (add more to taste)
Instructions
- Start by cutting the ripe avocados in half and removing the pits. Scoop the flesh into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the fresh salsa, lime juice, and minced garlic to the bowl.
- Using a fork or whisk, mash the ingredients together until you achieve a chunky texture.
- Taste and add kosher salt to your desired flavor. Enjoy your guacamole fresh!
Notes
Choose ripe avocados for the best texture, and add lime juice right after mashing to prevent browning.
