- 1 cup bok choy, chopped

- 1 carrot, julienned

- Soy sauce to taste
- Sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a drizzle of sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Pour in the broth and bring it to a simmer.
- Add the carrots and mushrooms, cooking for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Toss in the bok choy and potstickers, continuing to simmer until the potstickers are fully cooked according to package instructions.
- Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
