Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips or your choice of mix-ins.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
