- 1 pound Chicken breast, cubed
- 1 Bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 Onion, cut into chunks
- 1 Zucchini, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Skewers, as needed
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the cubed chicken and vegetables to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Thread the chicken and veggies onto skewers alternately.
- Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.
- Remove from the grill and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. Customize with different marinades or vegetables for variation.
