Description

A quick and flavorful chicken and vegetable stir fry with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for an additional minute.
  4. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour soy sauce over the stir-fry, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another minute.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

Prepping ingredients in advance can make the cooking process smoother. Don’t overcook the veggies to retain their color and texture.
