Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for an additional minute.
- Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour soy sauce over the stir-fry, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another minute.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
Prepping ingredients in advance can make the cooking process smoother. Don’t overcook the veggies to retain their color and texture.
